RETURNS POLICY

Please ensure you choose items carefully as we have a no return policy. 

Select sensibly as refunds are not provided where you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Any errors or omission found after your approval of any artwork you have supplied will not be responsible to Little Peach Co, and will be reprinted at your expense.

Subject to the provisions of the Trade Practices Act, our liability in relation to defective product shall be limited to replacement of the product or the supply of equivalent product, upon proving the product to be defective. Little Peach Co terms and conditions apply.

The customer must inspect the Goods on delivery and within five (5) days of delivery must notify Little Peach Co in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. The customer must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification the customer must allow the Little Peach Co to inspect the Goods.

In case we agree on a return, it must be confirmed in writing by Little Peach Co prior to returning. We will not accept the return of any item which has been opened, used or has been damaged. All returns must be in ‘as new’ condition. Little Peach Co terms and conditions apply.

Should you have a defective product that we request be returned to our factory, we will cover the cost of shipping. We do not cover shipping charges on general returns. For all returns please contact us before returning the product for instructions. 

Where there is damage to packaging i.e. containing box, dirt or markings on the containers, labels or packaging, we will not process any refund. Ensure all items are packed well before returning to our factory to avoid any damage. We do not accept responsibility for damage in transit on goods returned to our factory.

As we have no control over storage or handling of our products once they have left our factory, we are unable to accept any returns on products after seven (7) days of delivery. Special orders, large quantities of products cannot be returned or refunded at all.

Little Peach Co may in its absolute discretion accept non-defective Goods for return, in which case we will require the customer to pay handling fees of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight costs, and may be subject to the Supplier providing in-store credit.
