By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, you are at least 18 years old and that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions of Trade.

When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. As soon as practicable we will confirm your order and payment in writing.

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are accurate on our website, errors (including processing errors, system errors or glitches) may occur. If we discover an error in the price, available quantities or payment of any product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and a full or partial refund if required. We do reserve the right to reject your order if required.

We do not accept COD, all payments must be made before shipping.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Little Peach Co delivers with Australia Post or Couriers Please and it is subject to our discretion for postage method used.

Following shipment, we will update your order with a tracking number so you can trace your order online. This may not be available with all courier services.

Please be aware that freight carriers may be subject to change due to full bookings, delays in pickups, staff and vehicle shortages. Little Peach Co reserves the right to alter the carrier without prior notice in order to expedite the dispatch of your order.

We will ship to the address listed at the time of your purchase, so it is important to ensure your delivery address is correct before completing payment.

Please note we can only deliver to a physical address. Examples of addresses we cannot deliver to include, but not limited to, PO Boxes and Locked Bags. If you are in an apartment type residency please ensure you provide the floor level of your delivery address, if it is not at ground level.

To avoid any delays and a possible re-delivery fee, we will automatically request that the courier leave the parcel at your front door or premise if you aren’t home. With your order you give full consent and authority to leave the order/goods at your shipping address without obtaining a signature and you agree that the parcel/order is deemed received when left at your premises.

We have no control over the delivery of your order once the couriers have collected the parcel. We rely on our couriers estimated delivery times and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Order processing times:

For digital print orders, after artwork approval can take 5 – 7 business days for completion. Letterpress Foiling and Debossing orders can take 15 – 20 business days after artwork has been approved.

Estimated delivery

10 business days. Little Peach Co does not include weekends or public holidays within the estimate. Large orders may incur delays outside of the estimated days shown. Little Peach Co will provide details of any delays due to size of orders and make contact with the customer as soon as information is available.

Domestic and International shipping

Little Peach Co currently only supplies to Australia. Overseas delivery options may be available in the near future.

Shipping costs

Little Peach Co charges a shipping fee that is calculated on a formula which takes in to consideration the following; location, weight, packaging, size, urgency etc. We do not offer Free Shipping on any products currently.

Local delivery and buy online, pickup in-store

Local delivery by Australia Post or Couriers Please only. There are currently no pickup options available to consumers of Little Peach Co

Service interruptions

Potential Service Interruptions / Delays in delivery may occur due to, but limited to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, limited access to delivery areas, 3rd party delivery schedules, Covid outbreaks, technical and website related glitches, transport and/or logistical issues, traffic delays or break downs and other events that are no way connected or in the control of Little Peach Co

Packaging Supply

Due to worldwide supply shortages of packaging materials, please note that the colour, shape, and size of our displayed packaging may vary from time to time. Little Peach Co. reserves the right to supply the same product in alternative packaging without prior notice.

Shipping Refunds

Please note we cannot refund the shipping charge where your item is delayed in the freight system and does not arrive by your required date. Little Peach Co Pty Ltd and contractors associated with the delivery will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of delivery being late, missing products and/or damaged deliveries. You agree to release Little Peach Co. Pty Ltd from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, cost and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of authority to leave/ delivery being late/ missing products and/or damaged deliveries.
